In that, as games are 'problem-solving spaces', if you're performance issue involved solving problems then it was appropriate for game-based learning ie all learning was suitable for game-based learning. Enthusiasm tends to carry me away with myself.

It occurs to me that this question isn't a pedagogical question but a question of economics.

What the graphic demonstrates is that if you want a game to play for any length of time, it's going to cost mega-bucks. It also shows that serious games (ie the learning games) cost in the low millions.

What it doesn't show is that games for learning can cost $5-$50 if you buy them off the shelf.

Most of the educational games I've seen are rrrrrrrrrrrubbish. Even the worst COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) games are better than them.

Adapt the COTS and think in terms of petty cash rather than mega-projects. If nuns in Milan can use Grand Theft Auto 4 to teach religious education, then I'm sure we can help people learn other things using playable, enjoyable - and cheap - games.

He's seeking to circumvent them and the Constitution.
